I had my doubts prior to receiving this product which looks and feels just like a Hogue Handall grip sleeve. But after receiving it and installing it I have to say that there is no doubt in my mind that this is just as good if not better than the Hogue that everyone is used to. The reason I say this is because this grip sleeve by Fixer is made with what feels like a different type of rubber compound than the Hogue. The installation of this was so much easier than the Hogue. The inside portion of the sleeve is smooth allows for it to be slipped on to the grip without you having to manhandle the grip or excessive force while the Hogue was complete opposite and tough to get onto the grip. Though the inside of the sleeve is smooth, this material still grabs on to the grip with confidence and does not seem to slip at all once I got it positioned. I don't know how long this Fixer sleeve will last but I sure hope it will last longer than the Hogue it is replacing which started to rip and fall apart after only about 18 months and more than half that time it wasn't even really being used. So if you were indecisive about this Fixer sleeve, let me say that it is a perfect alternative to the Hogue. Made well, functions just as it should, fitment is just as you would expect it and costs less than the leading competition in this field. This is just the first one I purchased and I will be buying more for my other pistols.Read full review

I really like these grips but didn't realize I'd have to trim them to make them properly fit my Glock. It's nearly impossible to trim them neatly, since they have to be on the pistol first before trimming. It's also very difficult not to nick up your firearm while doing this. And after all that, the trimming looked so bad I just cut the whole thing off and now don't use anything. I was disappointed because I don't think it would be a big deal for Hogue to just make them custom fit for each firearm. I'd pay double the price for just that. Until then I'll just do without it. If a sloppy looking grip doesn't matter to you, then this is a really nice grip!

This grip fits just the perfect amount on a sub 2000 gen 2 multi-mag variant. A lot of people on kel-tec forums said the back end of the grip would hang off of the end of the pistol grip but I haven't had any issues. It just looks like it was made for this gun, and on top of that the rubberized grip is top knotch. I will be buying more of these in the future for my other toys. Great value; strongly recommended.

When my peace officer father traded in his Model 66 for the first wave of Glocks to hit our shores, it was standard operating procedure for deputies to put these on their G17's as soon as they came out of the box. A high school kid at the time, I have him a hard time about his Tupperware gun. Time has shown that plastic pistols and *grip* are bigger than ever. If you don't feel like using your soldering iron on your pistol, this is a quick and easy way to improve grip - and keep your frame stock
