This book is an easy read and to the basics text with a 14 day meal plan including a shopping list with 3/4 of the book filled with REASONABLE recipes. We have reviewed several Ketogenic books with hard to find ingredients and complicated recipes to create. Its okay. Its mostly comprised of recipes and a tiny bit of the science. I rather a step by step and an easy diagram to show eat this not that in a better visual way. Perhaps I already knew and am doing most of the things, the major thing seems to be cut out breads, sweets, sodas, and potatoes. The diet does work, when I was more closely following it I lost weight fast. I was hoping this book would streamline things, but maybe Keto is just an easy diet/lifestyle to do! If you need recipes this is a great book!
