I requested the order be cancelled in the correct way by selecting “cancel order” within one hour of ordering. I was prompted to message seller. The seller didn’t respond till 4 hours later saying it was already shipped. Surprising considering it was a SUNDAY, and 2 hours away (not a different country) so no reason it couldn’t be cancelled. The words “MINI” are no where in the seller item description but they’re on the box. Thought I was getting something bigger. Feel scammed.

The product had issues which I addressed with the vendor and they provided a response to achieve my satisfaction. My issue was with the qaulity of the product of the manufacturer-- not the Vendor selling the product. This same product is sold elsewhere at Walmart, Amazon and EBay at different prices. Fortunately, the vendor was upstanding and valued my business. The product looked as though it was handled whilst the stain was not yet dry and scratching to interior panels were visible.
