The item isn't as advertised. I've asked the seller to send a return label multiple times as I have no need for this item. The seller keeps insulting me by offering me to $2.50, $3.75 etc to keep the item. Each offer i keep refusing and I tell them that I want to return and a refund but the keep sending these ridiculous offers vs issuing a return label as requested.
