Shipped next day air, in a cooled Styrofoam box, clearly printed instructions included. The fungus was sandwiched by leaves in the cup to prevent drying and also had extra 2 queens, one which was DOA. The packaging was superb, the fungus seems to have survived and the queens are presently tending to it. The extra queens were a bonus! I hope they found well, and this seller has done an amazing job in maximizing that occurring.
