Was super late shipping the items then only sent one of the two items and had the nerve to give me attitude and be rude to me because he asked me for the order number instead of doing his job and finding it himself. Still haven’t got one of the orders. Rude incompetent seller.

Today specorp contacted me and advised that he'd received only 1 Chime plug-in when in fact he had paid for 2 chimes. I requested he provide me his order number & my request is the small issue that apparently sentt this bully into the stratosphere. He responded "you got my order number. Then as his - feedback admits his problem was he did not want to provide me his order number. I decided to refund this buyer. I don't want this guy using my product.

Well this seller has a smart mouth and was very rude towards my staff,in our 44 years of sales we have never had a problem like this at all,the items were ok we had 2 items we bought and paid 2 times for freight so the seller put both items in 1 box and shipped out to our business..this person has now clueless on freight,the item was listed as new,but when our service technician activated the camera it told him it was last program on 5.23.2023..which makes it used,and the box was opened as well.

What's a smart mouth? Why was 69radioman's staff even involved in this transaction. I explained my sale price and shipping policy to buyer. He purchased the item. Deal was sealed. Afterward a Jane sent a buyer message. She wanted a 10$ refund because seller shipped both camera's in same box. Again I explained $10 flat shipping rate was our policy. I refused. Asked if I could cancel entire order. Jane's reply "No" B stated both cams were OK. In FB B said 1 was used. B FB makes no sense. Remove
