The item description says it is “new” with the original packaging, unopened, with user manual…, but that’s not how it comes. I haven't used it yet, maybe it's not original as it says in the ad. I will no longer buy from this seller, and they take a long time to respond when there is a problem. I want the original packaging and user manual as described. I am waiting
