1) Reached out to buyer repeatedly to satisfy buyer, but received no response.
2) Cans condition are clearly shown in listing pictures and item description as follows-
These are all in good used condition, some may have scuffs, dings, paint, dust ect. All have gaskets, straps and vent tubes!!!!!
3) Due to my work schedule we are set up to ship within 3 days with ebay. I usually ship early but always on time. Customers package was shipped on time then held for pickup as customer was not home.
