This was a book I could'nt put down! Susan Powter is an absolute hoot! I related to everything she had to say about alcoholism, as I have battled these demons for years. I would highly recommend this book to any one who needs help. I first read the book,"The Easyway To Stop Drinking" be Allen Carr, which was also an awesome book. Susan Powter confirmed just about everything Allen Carr discussed. I feel very grateful to have come across both these books as I'm well on my way to recovery! I am now reading another awesome book called "Seven Weeks to Sobriety" Excellent reading! A "Must Have"!!!! Sincerely, Linda S., Littleton, Colo.

I love the author, price was great and I knew with Susan's humor on life that I couldn't go wrong. She had helped me in the pase with stop the insanity so I was interested in her take on sobriety.
