Catchy title that truly represents the contents
I had purchased this book for my 12 year old son. He has read all of Rick Riordan's previous books and we stumbled upon this series with Rick Riordan writing the first book. He loved everything about it, especially the cards that came with it and the ability to enter his clues online to keep up with them as he continues to read through the series. He is an avid reader and loved the way the book was laid out, story lines and the mystery part of it. He said that there really was nothing he disliked about it, he's just looking forward to the next 2 coming in the mail that I have ordered for him! He's anxious to see if the writing styles of the different authors writing each one will appeal to him like Rick Riordan's does.I had purchased this book for my 12 year old son. Maze of Bones Book 1 in The 39 Clues
We are reading this book as a family and it is amazing. We have had alot of fun looking up words and discussing what the big words mean yet it is such easy reading. If you go to scholastic.com there are teacher ideas, questions and tips that they also give. One of the neatest things about the book is how you can get involved in the actual search of the clues by playing online. Definelty a series worth looking into either as a family or for a youth. But I even enjoy the story it keeps you involved and wanting to know what is going to happen next.We are reading this book as a family and it is amazing.
