I take 14 pills a day and this is the worst smelling pill I take. However, it does seem to be the most effective. I was anemic and got tired after a short walk. After a few days of taking the blood builder I could tell a difference. Yesterday I mowed my lawn and did the weed eating and I wasn't tired when I finished the task. Next month I have a doctor's appointment and I think he will find that my low hemoglobin has been raised to a normal range. I take 14 pills a day and this is the worst smelling pill I take. Improve my sister life

The only iron supplement that works for me
I have trouble absorbing iron and this is the only supplement that works for me. It doesn't give me stomach issues and I genuinely can tell it's working even without having my hematocrit tested.
