This isn't a normal delivery span. Package arrived USPS Regional Origin Facility 4/24. Usually, Items depart from there same day or next day. But your order stayed there until 4/30/24, departed 1 week later. Not sure why USPS did this. Currently we are no way to control or require responsibility from USPS. We will contact eBay for help. Sorry for the inconvenience. Fortunately, they are alive. Hope bloom soon and bring the happiness to you. We appreciate you taking time to leave the feedback!
