Everyone is buying from the same supplier and not fitting a TO-20.
Yes Ebay seller would take back return. This was the third starter that did not fit a TO-20.
So I started grinding on the nose cone on starter, where flywheel
teeth, showed as a mark. After an hour grinding the radius, after each time trying to install starter and removing more material on the nose cone it fit.
