This book is an introduction to the systematic development of small businesses. It covers an incredibly broad range of concepts in a very short span. This book is one of those titles that doesn't seek to educate you in a field so much as enlighten you to it. The writing is light and fast yet packs in a huge amount of information. The main emphasis is on developing your business systems. It's really well structured and organized itself as would be the businesses that follow it's advice. It starts with an asumption that you don't know anything about business and gives you a great set of steps to wider and wider platforms of concepts about the proper way to run a business. An absolutely essential read for anyone struggling with a small business or thinking of doing so.This book is an introduction to the systematic development of small businesses.
