While I have never used this non-lethal self-defense device on another person, it is reassuring to know that it seems to be formidable protection against any criminal malcontent whom might attempt to physically assault and actively threaten me, as I have had happen to me from time to time in the recent past. I like the size and lifetime warranty.
I liked the pointed metal probes because they increased the stun guns effectiveness for attackers who are wearing thicker clothing. It does not fit comfortably in your hand as other ring stun guns do. My wife, daughter and daughter-in-law chose another brand because of this factor. The activation button needs to be the color red and moved to the inside for positive activation with just one finger. Very bright light Has high pitched alarm TWO diff switches, one controls the taser part ( light above button glows red when taser is active) Not too big, fits easily in your hand. Its a little more complex for older people who dont have a grasp on electronics etc , for people like that id recommend a taser that only has a single switch so they can easily activate the taser for use.
