I was charged Florida sales tax on my purchase & the shipping. Item was shipped from Louisiana. Florida law says no sales tax is required. So who keeps the sales tax that was collected????? This is additional profit for the seller.

Buyer was charged sales tax because the item bought was sold in Louisiana which requires state taxes on every dollar spent. There is no additional profit because after sales tax, eBay fees, and shipping fees I end up coming out with less than my asking price.
