    Great American Cookbook

    I bought a copy of this on E-bay a month ago and one of my friends fell in love with it. I lent it to her and then saw it again on E-bay, so I gave it to her and bought a second one. I cater small events, so I collect cookbooks to find new recipes or different prep methods. These recipes are easy to follow, and the essence of American home cooking at it's best.
