    Great insights for dealing with ODD in kids

    I haven't finished the book yet, but so far it is very direct and to the point. I feel like the author really understands what parents/caretakers experience with ODD kids. It's been very helpful so far.

    Great tool for care givers of defiant kids, easy to follow.

    This book does not have any of this hard-to-understand psychological talk, but is easy to read and straightforward. Dr Riley gives many ideas on how to deal with defiant kids with no nonsense action plans. It covers not only teenagers, but also younger kids. My personal highlight is the part on how to deal with the annoying answer "...I don't know" ... I loved his approach and used it successfully. Needless to say, I already recommended it to many other parents around us.
