Okay for helping to quit
I actually quit smoking cigarettes 9 years ago By vaping. Stated with lowest dose nicotine and then went to 0.I had some fake cigarettes sortable this that were plastic with menthol pads for taste. The hardest part to get over is the motion of hand to mouth. These fake cigarettes help out when I am feeling anxious. Just wish I could find my other ones .Lost them when I moved after my husband's death. By the way I smoked menthol cigarettes for 45 years.I actually quit smoking cigarettes 9 years ago By vaping.
