    Overpriced, bad return policy

    This is priced the same as headrest add-ons from other big-name manufacturers, but it's not OEM quality. It wobbles back and forth even when tightened down, and there's a sharp, upturned edge of the mesh that sticks out around the border where it meets with the plastic. Worst of all, this listing only offers a 14-day return policy whereas the chairs they attach to have 30-day return policies. This slipped my mind because I was still evaluating the chair, and now I'm stuck with a headrest for a chair I didn't want. Awesome.
