Just took this out of the box and the first time I put the hose on it (after mounting it to a new Honda engine) the hose CAME RIGHT OUT. THE "C" CLAMP IS TOO SMALL. Additionally, I bought the correct pliers to install one that fit & cannot get it around the ridge between the hose inlet piece and the rim of the lower piece of the unloader. The ridge is not cut deep enough or the hose inlet piece metal is too thick.
Usually happy with the stuff I get from American Airless but not this time.

FedEx was a bit of a pain to deal with because I don’t have a full day to commit to sign for a package during the weekday and it was very frustrating getting FedEx to change the shipping to their nearest location for pickup… but aside from the signature requirement and FedEx’s inability to exercise common sense, my experience with this seller was fine and the shipping was quick.
