Fits great! Enhances the look of a Gibson with the black single ply truss rod cover.
This fits perfectly on Gibson acoustics and electrics. I put one on a 2020 SJSB, which, for some reason came with a single ply black truss rod cover. I replaced the ES 335 embossed TRC on my 2014 ES 335. Both look and fit great.

Truss Rod Cover Might Need Some Adjustment to Fit
The truss rod cover is of good quality plastic. My experience was the opposite problem as another reviewer. The holes on this truss rod cover were slightly too far apart. However, this is a Chibson Les Paul, so, perhaps it would work fine on an authentic Les Paul? The wide spacing of the holes was easily remedied by elongating the hole in the truss rod cover using a 1/16 drill bit like a file to remove material from the cover until the holes could be lined up. The authentic cover costs twice as much, and I'm not sure if it would have fit any different.The truss rod cover is of good quality plastic. Holes are a bit small.
Holes line up perfectly and the cover is good quality but the holes are a bit small for the screws on a Traditional LP. Turn the screws in and out of the cover a few times when it’s off the guitar and then you’re good. Also, there is a plastic film that needs to be peeled from the black portion.
