A few days ago I requested the shipping number for my purchase, it was not possible. Therefore, I feel cheated by you. You made a mistake in the shipment and have not solved it. They don't give me my money back and they don't give me the product back either. I feel scammed, robbed and I will report them to eBay so that users do not fall into their traps. I no longer know how to contact you to verify that the missing part of the purchase was sent.
