    Make sure the batteries hold a charge

    The controller unit for this remote dog collar had old batteries that wouldn't hold a charge. Because it's 8-10 years old it took a while to find the right replacement NiMh batteries. That was frustrating but now that I have them the collar and controller work well.

    transmitter easily linked to collar wide range of correction only negative is how quickly the battery drained after charging it for the first time for twenty-four hours will check the battery every time now before using it wish it was lighter
