This item was ordered and advertised to be on time before Christmas. The seller even said it was certain to be there even though they shipped it 2 days later than advertised. Never use this seller if you need an item by a certain date! This was one of the only things my daughter asked for, for Christmas and now it will not arrive until the 26th.

Delivery dates for the order shown to the buyer at purchase was Dec 20-26. Buyer provided a bad address that carrier had to correct. Delivery attempts were made on the 22 & 23rd. Detailed tracking info shows that CUSTOMER REQUESTED LATER DELIVERY on the 26th. If buyer had given us a good address and accepted the delivery, it would have been delivered on the 22nd, three days before Christmas. We don't know why the buyer sabotaged early delivery. We did everything we could to get the order there.
