The seller was extremely helpful, even when I was concerned about the package not shipping, it was just not updating. (usps was on backlog I think) This was my first eBay purchase and they helped Me all the way thru. I appreciated all of their knowledge and help. I would 100% purchase from them again. Item exactly as described. Great communication. Seller forgot to send charger, received an email that he forgot and he ordered one for me and had it sent to me for free. Goes above and beyond. Will definitely buy from him again. Awesome customer service. Item arrived later then expected but not sellers fault. USPS apparently takes forever.
