Worked Fine on my car
Toyota OEM Product, Cheaper than dealer pricing. Even though it is marked 2020 it is a year prior map data. (seems the same as my original had a 2016 but map data was from 2015). Worked on my 2016 RAV4. Pretty easy just remove the old card and insert the new. Turn on the car and then in about 10 minutes it is done. You may have to go thru the settings for the map and some display settings as they reverted back to defaultToyota OEM Product, Cheaper than dealer pricing. Position Alignment and Highway Information Incorrect
Not sure what the problem is, but my 2019 navigation card (2018 data) showed me on the correct side of the road when I was driving. This 2020 navigation card (2019 data) shows me offset to the left all the time. Also, voice command is late in telling me to prepare for a turn and some highway data is still incorrect, even though the road has been there for more than 10-years.

The part app reader to be an original OEM part in original Toyota packaging and I was the first to open it. Installation went smoothly with no problems. There were a few improvements in the upgrade found to be useful.

A quick and easy way to update your Toyota Navigation system
The product well packaged and was labeled as a genuine Toyota part. It did not come with any instructions, but I simply removed the old card, installed the new one, and started the engine. The screen showed that a an update was available. I followed the on-screen instructions which were to stop and restart the engine and leave it running until the update was complete. Let me just add my thanks to Navkings for letting me upgrade my 2016 Toyota Prius map and save over $100 at the same time. It was delivered in less than a week and installation was simple. Just turn the motor off and replacement the old card with the new one then turn on engine. Message came up that there was new software detected and asked me to turn off ignition again. After I did this it said there was new software and click button to install, Warns not to turn engine off while it installs. This took less than 10 minutes and I was up and running.
