    Lynyrd Skynyrd Winterland Show Bootleg review

    Actually, I think the music was quite good. There are not alot of early Lynyrd Skynyrd live shows available out there, in any quality! With that said, it's a fine musical document, somewhat well recorded , and well played! A treat for any Skynyrd fan or collector!

    GREAT CD.

    Any Serious Skynyrd fan should have this cd, no Steve Gaines or Ed King makes a diff. to their sound. The band seemed to be having a good time on this live cd!! Seems every live show brings a little to their legend as a band. The new cd called Last of Dyin Breed brings them closer to the original sound and feel than any of the others which were good also, I consider it a must have also, vicious cycle really rocked and needs to be played loud with a few cold ones to get warmed up! Skynyrd was and still is one of the best bands of all time!!!! To still be around after all the tragedy they have experienced is a tribute to their love of music, life, country and family! I hope their kids continue on when when they are gone!

    Great bootleg cd

    This live concert is excellent. Recorded just a few months before the fatal plane crash. It features the female back up singers for the first time. It was before STEVE Gaines joined the band. Rossington and Collins shine.

    A cd with a boatload of potential if not for the sound quality

    Great tunes by one of the premier southern rock bands of all time, however the sound quality is marginal at best. It sounds like an average bootleg cd and doesn't do the band or these songs any justice.
