Great price, quick shipping and overall excellent experience. Only downside was the seller broke the cardinal rule of shipping the hat in a bag. The hat obviously came in crushed. I touched base with the seller and they had a quick/ professional response. They even offered a refund. I denied the refund and the seller informed me they will be shipping all hats in a box going forward so rest assured you’ll have an great experience shopping with this seller!
