    75th anniversary of this book

    This book has stood the tet of time. The art work, all done in brown, although not colorful are beautiful and realistic and add detail to the the story. There is a statue of mother duck and ducklings in the public gardens in Boston. The swan boat still operates on the lake. The story is told from the ducks. perspective.

    Boston Ducklings

    This was a book first published in 1941. I planned to take my grandchildren to Boston and wanted them to read about these ducklings. In Boston we looked for their statues in the garden there. Very exciting to see the book come to life!
