Board came quick and looked to be in excellent condition. I cant get it to turn on though. Ive tried multiple PSU's and cases. If I jump the 24 pin atx I can get it to turn on. But thats the only way. Either there is a jumper missing or the board is defective. I am working with the seller to fix the issue

BUYER BEWARE!!! SCAMMERS!!! CHECK YOUR TRACKING NUMBERS!!! 12 hours after I paid for item, they raised price. Took them 3 days to find " fake" tracking number ( package delivered in Texas - I 'm from Illinois) to fool Ebay. After I asked for replacement they made listing out of stock.
