I sent this seller a Picture multiple times of what we want he agreed when we received the item it was not in the color of what we approved it was not red it was orange. Please be car full when you order from this seller. He told me to open a return with Ebay Without trying to come up with a solution to fix problem so here is what we buyers do. save your money not worth the problem!! Wow we just can’t please some customers. We did 7 different layouts and 15+ revisions. Finally was approved and shipped. The banner is red, the images show it’s red. Buyer demanded we refund him to get a free banner. We agreed to a return all he has to do is ship back the banner per eBay guidelines. Pretty sure that is solution to fix the problem is it not? Doesn’t want to do that and keeps messaging for money back “for his troubles” .
