Do not buy from here. The watch arrived with the digital display and touch portion not working. I contacted the seller who offered to send a replacement. I asked if they could ensure replacement would arrive working & in the same condition. They only responded that the item was in the mail. The replacement arrived with several scratches (see pics) It took several hours to pair & kept resetting & losing settings. Touch is intermittent. Seller takes days to respond & doesn't answer questions.

For all of the Garmin watches that have sold there may be a few that are not in perfect condition which we take full responsibilty for and either send a new one or refund immedietly. Do take into consideration these are used watches that are listed and sold at a great price. Again, if a customer has any issues with anything it is addressed right away. Please see positive feedback for examples.

The item was new, as stated, since it was still sealed in shrink-wrap, but arrived with some damage to the box. The contents inside, a game, were complete and appear undamaged. Unfortunately, there is no way to determine whether it had this damage before it was mailed or if it occurred during shipping, so I will give the seller the benefit of the doubt. Good price; given as a gift and the recipient was happy.
