If you want something waterproof look elsewhere. A lot of the seams were poorly seen and the top leaks at every seam. There is also relief holes to let water right into the canopy when it does rain. It kept us out of the pouring rain but had to dodge the drips inside everywhere

The price was great, and the tires were exactly as they were described. The item title/description was wrong. Although it was new, we Received a twin over twin not a twin over full with trundle. There was no way to tell that it was the wrong item until completely unpacked and started putting it together. Packaging was flimsy and unable to be repacked and returned. Seller was only willing to compensate $15 for their error because I was unable to mail it back. I would not recommend this seller due to their false description/shipping errors.
