I tried to work out with seller literally 40 messages. Item he has in phot is not what you get Bait and Switch. I order gorgeous full pile purple. I get berry with no pile. There is 1/4 inch around each pile string. I have been buying these kinds of rugs for years. This is not what I paid for. The last photo is color and pile it should be. Steer clear unless to want thin haired rugs. He told me, photo from manufacturer. Um you take a photo yourself of what you sell. Not fake photo.

Rug sent, nothing in common with the rugs that seller is mailing. He used stock photos claimed that the manufacturer sent to him. He needs to use the photo of the actual item he is sending. He is counting on no one to say anything. I need these rugs for my kitchen. I need purple he sent berry color but look at the pile, last photo is what it should look like.
