This book introduced me to electronics. It is basic and good. When you are done reading this you have been introduced to many electronic components like battery, resistors, capacitors, transistors, IC's, LED, diodes and more, and some basic understanding about the theory behind these components and circuits. It's not to heavy and not to serious. With practical experiments as well on a breadboard. A good starter book if you want electronics as a hobby.
