The tuners were shipped in a flimsy bubble wrap envelope and arrived in pieces. Seller did offer and issue a refund, but there was little care taken to assure these would arrive in useable condition. See pictures. I would steer clear of this seller in the future- this is not the only negative feedback given to this seller in the past year.

These are nice little files that cut well but they are not guitar nut files. None of the files are good for cutting slots in nuts. I have used them to clean up the glue after knocking off a nut. I file my nails for playing the guitars.
