This is a solid built quality product but uncomfortably priced. It is a simple mechanical device. That said it was suggested by my doctor for a very unhappy hip. Regular machines were too painful and this has worked out well and is giving my frozen hip some mobility. If you can get past the price i would certainly recommend it. One thing I really like is that it is very quiet and I have it under my desk where I work.
