When my original shipment got severely fumbled by the USPS, the seller promptly reached out and claimed the package as lost to issue a refund. My second batch they shipped via UPS since I complained about USPS. I didn't even ask for a change of shipping provider. If that isn't the definition of commerce excellence, I don't know what is. All the shrimp in the second batch arrived very fast and we're all very healthy. They will certainly get my buisness again.

I ordered Green Jade, asked for pics of inventory before the order (which confirmed they were Green in lighting), ordered, and basically received black shrimp. I was pretty upset, but he communicated with me the whole way and we worked it out so I got a half refund. I tried attaching the pic of what I received and a pic of what he sent me a pic that I d be receiving. He prolly woulda fully refunded if I d of been upset enough. He s a good seller but the item didn t meet the description.

Inspector at airport intercept shipment and sent back to seller because they are banned because they don't want shrimps to make their way into local streams. Local streams already has wild cherry shrimp that state released a while back and can find cherry shrimps Craigslist Hawaii which is illegal to sale any freshwater or native fish of Hawaii but nobody enforce a so the black market sellers making$$$ THANK U to this seller fi refunding almost $300
