Does not work well on brass!
I was warned by the folks who sold it, that it would not work on brass but I bought it anyway. For my purposes, the product was a complete and utter failure. After trying to make it work and having no luck, I contacted the seller to ask whether the product's form, as a gel, might be the reason why it had no adequate effect on brass. The reason it is in a gel form is to extend it's shelf-life. The raw ingredient easily goes bad when exposed to air. So, this gel form allows it to last far longer, for those who regularly work with it for jewelry, beadwork.... My needs are for only a single narrow purpose. I have no long term need of the product.
