Great crossbow.
Amazingly accurate! Amazing power and speed. Tried initial sighting in at 10 yards with 3 arrows. First arrow buried into the foam backstop. Second arrow hit first arrow and wrecked nock. Third arrow hit second arrow and wrecked fletching. Get a good backstop, and in close range initial setup, shoot one arrow, fetch it and shoot the same arrow so you don't hot it with your second shot!

Now my second one has a limb cracking
My first Saga 405 broke first arrow, then on a subsequent shot blew the string off. I rebought the same model Saga 405 and got two year insurance with it. But now after 2 months the right limb is starting to crack.

beast of a bolt launcher!!
excellent crossbow-it could use a crank style cocking device as this thing has 210 lbs draw weight and will keep you entertained with the pull rope. the other thing is that it could use is a little better assembly instructions. pay close attention to pictures that are provided in the assembly brochure. esp the part about the string slider that slides back and forth on a grove. Good crossbow, so so accessories
This is my first crossbow, that being said I am very impressed with the velocity and shot to shot accuracy. So far I have only sighted it in and shot it at a distance of 15 yards. Assembly is easy and following the directions is highly recommended. First things I noticed when leveling and sighting the scope is it is not the crispest view that I have scene. I'm already shopping for a replacement. The rope cocking device has already been replaced with one that has pulley wheels that roll. The trigger is smooth but long and the safety may need a little something to to allow it to be switched to fire silently. As I said the accuracy is good enough that I either pull one bolt before shooting the next. I started use a target with multiple bullseyes to avoid hitting and splitting bolts. The ... Bear archery nailed it with this one. Took me 45 min to assemble it. New to the crossbow and archery world period took the bow hunting and killed my first deer at 30 yards. This bow plus rage hypodermic no collar points delivered success. I guarantee you the same results. This bow is better than the ravin. Shoots the same speeds as a ravin 10 .
