works as described. It is perfect for What I need right now and probably will buy a couple more. It came without hanging instructions and minus the clamps, but not a big deal as I rigged my own. Quality wise, it is typical cheezy, cheap chinese product which does make it overpriced. However, whenever one buys anything these days, from nails to trucks, one can expect cheaply made, overpriced items. Things are np longer built with pride and top quality materials.
