    I LOVE it!

    I LOVE this DVD! It has changed my way of life. Not only do I feel better, but after knee replacements and back surgery, I have much better mobility. . .at 66 years young, I'll take that!

    Beautiful but too hard

    This video is beautifully done. The instructor is good and the setting and sound are good but this "Yoga for Beginners" is definitely not for beginners. It need 2 chapters at the beginning. One to show you the poses and how to do them. Then one where you go through the routine one time to get use to doing the poses before you attempt the entire routine.

    Great YOGA DVD for beginners!

    Elena Brower is a great yoga instructor and this particular workout is perfect for beginners. It focuses on linking the mind with the breathing which is fundamental in yoga. "Choose deeper breathing over deeper postures". I purchased this dvd for my husband who I recently introduced to yoga. He has very tight hips and hamstrings and he finds this practice very helpful as Elena performs very deep hip stretching. I am myself at a beginner-intermediate level and I enjoy this dvd just as much. I call it my "feel good" dvd... It is very rewarding and you feel so nice and relaxed afterwards. Add it to your collection! A must have for sure!

    Yoga for Beginners DVD - great

    This DVD is very well done. Super nice flow, not intimidating for the beginner. It is easy to follow. The instructor has a nice, even voice that is easy to listen to. The background is beautiful and relaxing. This dvd is great for stretching and strength building. I have followed this dvd 10 plus times and still enjoy it. I is not a hard workout, I have never broken a sweat or become sore at all from the workout. Have fun!
