    Disappointed

    The charms were as expected but the quality control of checking for broken loops (after all, they are charms to be suspended from something) was not done. Broken loops. Then I realised I received a duplicate charm of one sign and none of another. I am a multi media artist and ordered these for a commissioned project. To go through the process of requesting one missing charm plus replacement charms for broken loops has become a major deal. After sending requested photo to prove what I just described, I now wait again. Nope. Never again.

    Zodiac Pendants

    One side has zodiac animal with Chinese characters and obverse has Guan Yin. Would be nice as a shadow box. They would make nice gifts for individuals birthdays.
