I contacted the retailer to ask for a return so that I could purchase a different item that would be easier for me to use. I was told it’s a eBay policy that I couldn’t get a return, but the item was delivered from Amazon. After pointing out that and the lie they clearly told I was then told I can return it. The item popped 3 days after.
