No kitchen should be without dry cheddar cheese. I don't know how you can make "cheesy rice" without powdered cheese, but it's great. I make a lot of dishes with cheese and often combine 2 or 3 types - including this dry cheddar cheese to enhance and adjust the texture and taste in foods and in other cheeses.     Cheesiest Ever!

    My granddaughter has celiac disease. She loved to eat Kraft mac & cheese. Tried all gluten free mac & cheese dinners but she's a child and didn't care for any. Bought this Wincrest Kraft Cheddar Cheese Powder and she eats anything I put it on. Finally a cheese that is light, taste good and in my book it is the number one cheese! Already purchased four containers and will keep on buying. Want a good cheese then try this brand.

    Nasty! Not what I was expecting...

    I have searched for years trying to find a product similar to the cheese that comes with Kraft Macaroni & Cheese. I was so excited to find this product. Unfortunately, this is product is not the same thing. It's not even close. It has very little flavor and the flavor it does have is nasty. All this container is, is powdered food coloring. But to make things worse, its a bright florescent orange [EEEK!] Who wants to eat something that's florescent orange? Lastly, rather than emulsifying, it absorbs liquids and makes your food sticky and thick. Overall, a bad product.

    Makes It Cheesy

    We love this! We love a cheesier mac & cheese so this allows us to vary it as we wish, not just this dish but to put on popcorn or whatever. The texture is easy to incorporate in different dishes or just about anything. We have used it before but got it in a bag. I highly recommend getting it in the hard container. It makes for easier storage.

    Great, Handy Product

    I've purchased this cheese powder twice, now. It's terrific for having on hand to make cheese sauce, mac and cheese, and to add to anything that improves by its use. I've added a bit in scalloped potatoes, cheesy casseroles, mashed potatoes and twice-baked potatoes. It's a handy thing to have around for those times you want a cheddar cheese flavor, but don't have any on hand. It doesn't mold, get stale, or require refrigeration. I originally bought it for use on popcorn, which didn't turn out as I would've liked.

    I am so glad I found this product. Used to buy small containers of this @ grocery stores but it is no longer available. I use this to make my macaroni & cheese cheesier & I also use it in a couple of recipes that my mother passed down. So happy this is available.
