Nearly perfect condition, quiet and very comfortable chair! Originally was set to arrive for Saturday, but came on Wednesday, which was much faster of a delivery than expected. I question the fabric as it doesn't match any of the authentic HM fabrics, but still feels great overall. I've been testing it out for a few days and it's a big upgrade from a gaming chair. No possible way that the chair was brand-new that being said everything worked as advertised..the chair was just overwhelmingly uncomfortable. I returned it. I purchased a new one from HM, their updated version and it's far better than the old model sold. Side note the chair I purchased had grease finger marks on the back side of the chair.

I must say that the team at Madison Seating is top notch.. Amazing customer support, very prompt. The chair arrived extremely quick and packaged perfectly, the chair was just as described, used but basically new and the price beyond reflects that. I had a issue with my chair not working properly gas cylinder and reached out to support and to my surprise they went above and beyond any expectation to fix the solution and made it absolutely hassle free in fixing the issue. Recommend buying here. A+

Chair was priced nicely compared to new and looks great out of the box. No idea if it's actually Open Box or Refurbished but it looks as good as new so I'm fine with it. Local FedEx was a nightmare and contacted MS to ask for help even though it's out of their control and their timely responses reflected that. Would definitely buy from this seller again (And hope for UPS delivery. Haha.)

Item was listed as New - Open Box. Item received was refurbished. Seller just told me too bad and that I should be happy I got a good price. Could not disassemble to return. Now have to deal with credit card company. Wouldn’t have minded a refurbished chair if that was what I ordered. I paid a little more thinking it was not a refurb. Buyer beware. Smelled like spray paint out of the box and not sure how well new foam will hold up compared to manufacturer original. Was heavily scratched as well.
