My items were wrapped in plain brown paper which got very wet as we had rain the day it arrived. The boxes inside did get wet, but dried well and did not suffer any damage. NONE CELL PHONE MONITOR!
NEVER try to connect another power cable to this Monitor. I tried to connect another Power cable to the monitor with the same voltage and the same amps. It worked for a few hours then the screen went BLANK. I tried different battery's they also worked a few hours too, then again the screen went BLANK. I tried to get the camera to work with my cell phone so I can see the camera picture anywhere but that part didn't work at all. Don't buy this device! Only have used it for viewing and no audio. Red lights does wake up the young ones that are almost asleep and then they start moving so they could watch the red lights come on. Taped over the Blue light that shows it is on. It is to bright. The monitor works good though for the price. Still don't know how to record it. Only been able to view.
