I was worried. Purchased April 27th. Seller had an issue and shipped on May 7th (communicated this to me) and post office took their time delivering. Received today, May 16th. Seller gave generous over count (12 millipedes!) They were very well packed. Heat pack included. The heat pack was cold by the time they arrived, but with such a postal delay, that's to be expected. 100% recommend this seller. The millipedes are active, and exploring their new enclosure. Very happy with this transaction.

This seller was incredibly polite and patient. My blue feigning death beetles are amazing !All arrived safe and healthy thanks to this seller packing them nicely with a heat pack and a little carrot for there journey. I was informed about being able to have my package held at the post office due to snowy cold weather and the seller walked me through the whole process explained everything and answered all of my questions and concerns.
