So my switch had a problem with the charging port - it was kind of bent, and it wouldn’t go onto the Tv. I sent it in to get those fixes and it worked out well! The seller had really good communication and was nice, and the shipping was fast too. I’d definitely purchase a service from here again if I have another problem with my switch.

I will admit, I was very nervous about buying this service at first but I am so glad I did. The seller is so nice, did the fix quickly, and even be sure to give updates.They even worked with me to fixed a secondary problem that wasnt in the initial purchases and give me tips to prevent the issue hdmi port breaking in the future.
